勾上一段对话，它在工具和电脑之间只存一份。Tick a conversation and it is kept as one copy across your tools and machines.

为什么需要它Why it exists

官方跨设备是复制一份，新内容不回来。Official cross-device copies a session over; what is added there does not come back.

会话互通：只存一份，双向回流。Onethread: one copy; new messages flow both ways.

Claude Code 默认 30 天清理本地会话；官方导入只看 30 天内、最多 50 个。Claude Code clears local sessions after 30 days by default; the official import covers the last 30 days, at most 50.

会话互通：云端那份不受此限。Onethread: the cloud copy is not bound by that rule.

两家都只往自己这边导，换工具要从头讲。Each vendor imports only toward itself, so switching tools means explaining it all again.

会话互通：命令和改动一起带过去。Onethread: commands and edits go along too.

云端到底存了什么？What exactly is stored in the cloud?

按对话存一串分段：去掉密钥和图片后的对话、命令、文件改动和输出，以及同工具原样下发要用的原始记录。代码不上传，只带 git 的远端、分支和提交。Per conversation, a series of segments: the dialogue, commands, file edits and output with keys and images removed, plus the raw record needed for same-tool delivery. Code is never uploaded; only the git remote, branch and commit travel.

能不能只在本机互传，不上云？Can I keep it local, without the cloud?

可以。勾选的对话在同一台电脑的 Claude Code 和 Codex 之间复制，走本地路径，不需要云端。跨电脑才需要云端。Yes. Ticked conversations are copied between Claude Code and Codex on the same machine through local paths; the cloud is only needed across machines.

哪些东西一定不传？What never travels?

截图和图片、两家工具的思考与推理内容、系统和应用注入的内容、代码本身。密钥在离开本机前换成带类型和哈希的占位，并给你一份清单。Screenshots and images, both tools' reasoning, content injected by the system or app, and the code itself. Keys become placeholders with a type and hash before leaving, and you get the list.

为什么要我关掉 Codex？Why must I quit Codex?

往 Codex 写入新线程时，Codex 桌面版要完全退出，否则它不认这条线程。读取不需要关。程序会检查并提醒。Writing a new thread into Codex needs the Codex desktop app fully quit, or it will not pick the thread up. Reading does not. The program checks and reminds you.

装好之后After installing

单个 exe，不用安装、不用配置环境，双击就能用。第一次运行 Windows 可能弹出 SmartScreen：点"更多信息"，再点"仍要运行"。A single exe: no installer, nothing to configure. On first launch Windows may show SmartScreen: choose "More info", then "Run anyway".

界面在你的默认浏览器里打开。不登录也能在本机的两个工具之间互通；登录后才会上传云端。The interface opens in your default browser. Without signing in it still syncs between the two tools on this machine; signing in enables the cloud.
